SYNCHRO prayer!!! 31st JAN 2011 =)

HELLO EVERYBODY! IT'S PRAYER TIME AGAIN!! :D :D Let's come tgt to pray for each other! :)

1. Sherine: Pray for directions on what to do after graduation this year and for God to give me confidence in whatever I do!

2. Ben: Thank God for guiding me through my FYP. Pray that I'll focus on upcoming exams and study hard. Also to have better relationship with God, family and friends. And for God to use YF heavily in His work.

3. Winson: Pray that I can bear with my toothache until after my exams.

4. Wenjun: Thank God that the photoshoot on Friday went well, and the church for wedding is booked. Pray that this period we will not focus too much on the wedding but rather building up our relationship with YF and with God.

5. Genx: Pray for the momentum to start studying again because sem 2 is starting for me today!

6. Wenhao: Prayer of supplication for maturity in the management of time for EE and studies.
Prayer of supplication for my parents to continue to be understanding and caring of each other.

7. Weijian:
Update: He is currently studying in Durham County, England which is 8hrs behind Singapore, ie. he will do synchronous prayer at 2pm at his timing there. He has been going to church service and has mentioned that all is still going well for him. Let’s pray for his safety over there.
- To grow further in Christ and greater discipline in reading and understanding His word everyday. And for my FYP which I am currently having problems progressing in.

8. Chuqing: Pray for my grandmother's health, her leg feng1 shi1 fa1 yan2 (inflammation due to arthritis). Very hard to walk.
-Have good time management to start on my assignments which are due after CNY, at least by this week.
-I'm intending to invite some friends for the YF steamboat on 12 feb. Pray that they are willing to attend.

9. Justin Leow: Thanksgiving for an enthusiastic & committed EE class. Pray that all of YF can support it in prayer, as captains training our new additions to the team. May this class be a good springboard for great things happening in YF this year.
-Thanksgiving for a job, & how it all fits nicely into my studies plan. So pray that I may respond to God's grace through the job, that my life can reflect Christ to the people around.
- Prayer of supplication for wisdom & ability. As we grow up & out in the world, we're taking on more roles befitting our age in church (doing church-level events etc.), in our families (as children whose opinions our parents take seriously), among our friends etc. So pray that we can play these roles with wisdom, humility & strength that comes from Him.
- Prayer of supplication for our leaders - Pr Chua, Kaien & group leaders. That we'll always be humbly listening to God's voice & responding to Him, even when we are challenged to do things beyond our comfort zones.

10. Yirene: Pray for health and good time management.

11. Qiurong: Got test tomorrow!

12. Esther: Thank God that she is able have more time to revise her school work and at the same time work from home.

13. Kaien: I've alot of things due on 7th Feb. Pray for efficiency to complete. Pray also for a gd chance to improve my r.ship with my parents during the trip back to m'sia for cny.

14. Shihao: Pray for God's guidance in future matters, continual opportunities to share Christ, thank God for no duty during CNY as it's my first in Singapore for 6 yrs.
-Pray for wisdom as I prep Bible Study for JYF for the coming few months.

15. Liying:
Thank God for YF's hospitality towards my friend, Cherie. She said she enjoyed herself more than she expected, and managed to pay attention during the sermon when she usually can't. She has many questions about Christianity and also about the sermon yesterday, pray for a open heart and opportunities for her to seek Him even after she leaves for Australia for her studies. Could pray for wisdom to ans her questions, and smooth arrangement for her studies as well.

16. Pr Chua: Pray for Sophia and Ellery as they will be teaching JYF bible class (book of Joshua) from 19 March to May this year.

17. Pris: Pray for my rashes that developed recently. They are horribly itchy and inflammed and I can't stop scratching when my mom panics then they get larger and worse.
-Pls pray my mom receives peace of mind that God's taking care of me and that they'll subside soon so i can get down to do the important things i need to do!
- Give thanks to God for being with each one of us wherever we are, to face all we need to face, to grow in the deep knowledge of His love.

18. Eunice: Pray for my work coz i'm currently working on a project which is challenging for me and i need to manage my time for other tasks as well.

19. Yile: Pray for her to be able to juggle between work , school, God and relatioship.
- Pray that she can flee from temptations and avoid them.
- Pray that she's able to be commited in the things she do.

20. Yixiang: Pray for him to be able to have a strong relationship with God, friends, YF n other relationships.
- Pray that he can plan for his future after ORD.
- Pray that he can shine for Jesus and reflect Him in his life.
- Pray that he can STOP PROCRASTINATING! ;)

21. Yijie: Pray for her wedding preps, a lot of last min items
-Pray for Kai Siong n her to utilize their time well to make arrangements n inform e ppl properly.
-Pray for her health during this period( fell v ill on sunday).
-Give thanks to God for His providence n pray for guidance for a possible change of job.
