Synchronous prayer - 17 Jan
Due to overwhelming business! WE HAVE MORE!!! YAY! Good news? ITS A FREE CALL! haha :D#1 Pray for all the NTU people waiting for their results.
#2 Pray for Justin Lee to get a job as S.A.( staff assistant), for more time to serve God and to do own things.
Give thanks that he had little reminders in life that his ministry in sunday pre-sch is very impt ( very much needed) n he's been humbled by them.
#3 Siew Hui to give thanks tht everyone has returned safely from Cambodia. ( pray for her NTU results too)
#4 Pris: Pray for everyone to have good health( due to recent events tht she got reminded tht HEALTH is v. impt!)
#5 Ruijun: Pray tht she can be more proactive in her new job at National Cancer Centre, learning the ropes( eg. asking more ques...)
#6 Ellery: Pray for his job application, pray for humility in learning, pray for the right attitude in ministry(humility) for its a privilege to serve God! :)
#7 Minghui: Pray for his job applications as well, n be more prepared for interviews nxt time. (NTU results too)
#8 Jia Hao: Pray tht he shows Christ-likeness in actions at his work at army.
Give thanks tht he was able to go YF when he was supposedly scheduled for work! Give thanks tht God answers Prayer!
#9 Qiurong: To be MORE hardworking, consistent effort in all things.
#10 Preacher Chua: 能好好完成上帝的事工. 不论在读书或工作的YF-ers,都能engage他们well in ministry!

2. Ivy is going back to UK - pray that she will have wisdom in choosing where to work next
3. Ivy and Serene will be having their final exams soon!
4. Grace and family in Egypt - pray for their safety
5. Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) to have more manpower
6. Huilin is in the midst of multiple presentations and taking up more responsibilities so she's quite stressed up
7. Ben needs to finish up his FYP by this week
8. Sarah is having a second round of interview this fri with Singapore Medical Group
9. Pray for those who are going to take up EE training end of Jan - Siewhui, Wenjia, Simin, Grace, Wenhao, Chuqing, Pris, Sherine
10.
#1: Pray for Genx coz he is having his intersemestral exams this week (he's having a paper today at 2.30pm - which is 10.30pm our time!), pray that he will have the discipline to study and have a humble heart - to not be complacent because he has done the modules last year.
#2: Pray for Genx's mock court hearings (moots) next fri as he is given the task of senior appellant (which is the hardest role to play).
#3: Give thanks coz Genx has transferred to a studio room in the hall which is near to his sch!
11. Pray for YF to persevere in doing QT and reading Psalm and have a close walk with God through this.

Prayer items:
1. Pray for our church to be able to raise $30 000.
2. Pray for Esther's recovery. She just finished a minor op on her right foot. Unexpected response fr op as it cause her great pain. Doc has given her morphine so lets pray that she'll be fine!
3. Sarah has an interview on wed pray that everything will be alright for her and she can trust and rely on God for strength.
4. Rebecca is in Berlin now, pray for her safety and Genxian went bk to UK. Pray for both of them to continue to have a close walk w God.
5. Yile starts sch already and has lessons on sat. Pray that she can cope well.
6. Jiahao to have a better boss than expected. They heard bad rumours about new boss so very anxious.
7. Yijie to be able to cope w her wedding preparations and her supervisor just left so pray that she can cope well w new workload.
8. Kaien's wrist has a splint, pray that her hand can recover soon.
